In contrast to the traditional Sunday school model, at Hebron, children start and finish worship with their parents. During the adult’s sermon time, parents take turns leading children’s small groups.
As the primary disciplers throughout the weekdays, parents model their faith to children in every aspect of life. Parents have the most formative and lasting influence on children’s faith.
Ministries for children are like a dance - God, children, parents, and church all dancing together. Church alone is never enough, and neither are Parents alone. We dance together as a team, like God the Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit show their beautiful teamwork as a three- in-one unity.
